BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Agency Role
SureGo Travel and Tours operates as a travel agency, consultant, and booking facilitator. We assist clients by arranging travel services with airlines, hotels, embassies, visa centers, and other travel providers.
We do not own, control, or operate airlines, hotels, transportation companies, visa‑issuing authorities, or other travel suppliers.
All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the respective suppliers. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to both the supplier's terms and SureGo Travel and Tours' service terms.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after all required conditions have been met.
This includes:
• Receipt of the required deposit or full payment
• Confirmation from the airline, hotel, or travel supplier
• Issuance of an official itinerary, voucher, or electronic ticket
Until confirmation is issued, prices and availability remain subject to change without notice.
SureGo Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid reservations.
3. Pricing and Fare Changes
Airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, and surcharges are controlled by travel suppliers and may change at any time without prior notice.
Quoted prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and tickets or vouchers are officially issued.
Price changes may occur due to:
• Airline fare adjustments
• Currency exchange fluctuations
• Government tax changes
• Supplier pricing updates
SureGo Travel and Tours is not responsible for price increases imposed by suppliers before ticket issuance.
Airline fares and taxes may change without prior notice.
4. Service Fees
SureGo Travel and Tours service fees are:
• Non‑refundable
• Separate from airline or hotel charges
Service fees cover consultation, booking management, and support.
5. Payments
We accept payment through approved payment channels.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in automatic booking cancellation.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is strictly subject to the fare rules, hotel policies, and terms imposed by the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other travel supplier. The following conditions apply:
Non‑Refundable Items - The following are generally non‑refundable once confirmed or processed:
• Promotional and discounted airline tickets
• Airline taxes that are designated as non‑refundable
• Visa fees and visa processing service fees
• SureGo Travel and Tours professional service fees
• Certain hotel bookings marked as non‑refundable
• Deposits for special bookings, group bookings, or corporate reservations
Refundable Bookings - If a booking is refundable under supplier rules:
• Airline cancellation penalties will apply
• Fare differences and administrative fees may be deducted
• Supplier administrative and bank charges may apply
• SureGo Travel and Tours service fees remain non‑refundable
Processing Timeline - Refunds are processed only after funds are returned by the supplier. Processing timelines vary and may take:
• Airlines: 30 to 120 business days or longer
• Hotels and tour operators: 15 to 60 business days
• Credit card refunds depend on issuing bank processing cycles
SureGo Travel and Tours has no control over supplier refund timelines.
Force Majeure and Voluntary Cancellations - Refunds due to pandemics, natural disasters, airline operational changes, or government restrictions are subject solely to supplier policies. In many cases, travel credits may be issued instead of cash refunds.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the refund policies of the travel supplier.
7. Changes and Rebooking
Changes may incur:
• Airline penalties
• Fare difference
• SureGo Travel service fees
All changes are subject to supplier approval.
8. Visa Disclaimer
Visa approval is solely determined by the embassy or consulate.
SureGo Travel and Tours does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for visa refusals or delays.
Visa and service fees are non‑refundable once processing begins.
9. Travel Document Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid:
• Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Visa
• Entry permits
• Required travel documents
SureGo Travel and Tours is not liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.
10. Client Responsibility
Clients must review booking details upon receipt.
Errors must be reported within 24 hours.
Failure to do so releases SureGo Travel and Tours from responsibility.
11. Force Majeure
SureGo Travel and Tours is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including:
• Natural disasters
• Weather disruptions
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Airline operational decisions
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact SureGo Travel and Tours first to resolve any payment concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks with their bank or credit card provider.
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or unjustified chargebacks for valid services rendered may result in:
• Immediate suspension of services
• Cancellation of current and future bookings
• Collection of outstanding balances
• Legal action to recover damages, administrative costs, and legal fees
SureGo Travel and Tours reserves the right to provide booking confirmations, communications, and signed agreements as evidence in dispute proceedings.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SureGo Travel and Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel services arranged on behalf of the client.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Missed flights or connections
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Visa refusals or immigration decisions
• Supplier operational failures
• Loss of income, business opportunities, or personal expenses
SureGo Travel and Tours' total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount of professional service fees paid directly to SureGo Travel and Tours, excluding payments made to airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers.
14. Independent Contractor and Non‑Circumvention
SureGo Travel and Tours acts as an independent travel service provider and maintains contractual and professional relationships with various suppliers.
Clients agree not to circumvent, bypass, or attempt to directly engage suppliers introduced or arranged by SureGo Travel and Tours for the purpose of avoiding service fees, commissions, or professional charges.
If a client directly engages a supplier introduced by SureGo Travel and Tours within twelve (12) months of introduction, SureGo Travel and Tours reserves the right to charge the equivalent professional service fee or commission that would have applied.
This provision protects the legitimate business interests, proprietary supplier relationships, and commercial efforts of SureGo Travel and Tours.
15. Acceptance of Terms
Payment, booking confirmation, or use of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
